To Have or Not to Have Bridesmaids & Groomsmen
The question often arises in wedding planning on how many bridesmaids or groomsman you should have. The number is up to you, but consider these three main tips when picking out your selected few to join you up at the altar:
The Main Focus: The main focus should be on you and your fiance. Although you might have a list of dear friends, be limited. Friends and family should be the main subject when it comes to who joins you, but you don’t want it to look too crowded when standing up at the altar.
Normal Size: For a traditional wedding, a normal amount should be about 5-6 Bridesmaids and 5-6 Groomsman. Making it equal on both sized will just make it easier and look better so they can accompany each other when walking down the isle.
DIY Projects: Typically, having Bridesmaids and Groomsman can be very useful. Not only are they here for great fashion tips when planning on what to wear, but they can also help with different small projects that some weddings entail. Having an extra hand, or six, may be useful when constructing your big day.
