​Our “Day-Of” Wedding Planning Package delivers five weeks of expert coordination to ensure your wedding day runs flawlessly. This package is ideal for couples who have planned most of their wedding but want a trusted professional to take the reins in the final month. This package includes:

Creation of Rough Draft & Final Wedding Timeline for the entire Ceremony, Cocktail Hour & Reception

The timeline outlines the flow of the day, including vendor arrival and departure times, as well as all relevant location addresses essential for seamless event execution.

Unlimited emails within the 5 weeks of planning, (1) Scheduled in-depth phone call + (1) Final Planning Call

(1) Venue walk-through/in-person meeting to finalize all logistics

Includes Wedding DIY Checklist which gets sent within the 5 weeks of planning

This is a detailed list of all the décor items, personal items, and/or handmade elements your responsible for bringing on the wedding day that our team is in charge of setting up and breaking down

Directing the couple and wedding party through all ceremony elements

We stay until the event concludes and will ensure all DIY/decor items are packed and placed into the designated vehicle or hotel room

"Partial Service" Planning
​​Our "Partial Service" Wedding Planning Package provides two months of hands on guidance to bring your vision to life. Most couples split the months up and begin their first month upon booking, and the last month right before their big day. This package is ideal for couples who enjoy being involved in the planning process, but could use extra support with major milestones such as starting the timeline early, having a floorplan created, customized seating chart template for your RSVP's, and more.
This package includes everything in the "Day of" package plus:

​Our "Full Service" Wedding Planning Package offers four months to one year of comprehensive planning support. This package is completely customizable, allowing you to choose the level of support that best fits your planning needs, and can be tailored to the exact number of months of planning you want.
